Thus WHA NIH - picture yourself at the center of the universe in total darkness & silence -speaking from the heart to The Spirit of the World, reflected by the Full Moon, standing in the Magical East -dedicating your soul to the service of the All, in CHRIST, & then be quite still! This is an excellent meditation & drawing & painting a corresponding illustration should be a creative effort refreshing & illuminating especially if you apply the injunction in the final "JENG!" In fact, this meditation will be found very powerful & strengthening if done just before going to sleep, after reviewing in backward order the events from night till the previous morning. During sleep, as you know, we spend the time with our DAIMON, our guide & the guardian of our life & destiny, Whose wings brush our soul.
